A well established Commercial Bank in Kenya, with wide network of branches is looking for candidate for the following position:

Branch Head
The key responsibilities for this position are:-

1. Overall Supervision of the Branch Operations.
2. Marketing of banks products, services and Business Development.
3. Creating and maintaining good rapport with clientele.
4. Credit Monitoring at Branch level.
5. Co-ordinating, Supervising and overall development of Staff at the Branch.
6. The candidate should have at least 15 years of banking operations experience of which 8 years as Manager of a large Branch.
7. The incumbent should have a degree from a recognized University and CAIIB or other business related course.
