Facilities Manager - EMCO ADH Candidate should be Graduate in Engineering with knowledge of handling electro mechanical civil & soft facilities with around 16-18 years of total work experience with 5-6 years in UAE. Should have prior experience in managing the Maintenance/ Facilities Management Division.

Candidate should coordinate all facility management activities (ie Electro Mechanical< Plumbing, Cleaning and Utility, Buildings and Ground Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance, Implementing Safety Standards in the performance of the entire maintenance team.

Manager - Tender Candidate should have a BE Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university with 20 Years of experience in building construction with minimum of 10 years in senior position heading a Tender department. Rich experience in Estimation of residential, commercial and industrial buildings Budget and costing of projects. leading a team of Quantity Surveyors and Estimators to bid for projects accurately with local rates and in time. He must be fully conversant with local authority regulations and present market rates for material, labour & machinery. Candidate must be able to prove expertise in the relevant field and successfully winning of tenders in the past 3 years in UAE / Middle East.

Electrical Engineer - Graduate in Electrical Engineer with Min'm 12 years of experience in operation & maintenance of 33/11kv switch gears, up to 85MVA transformer of voltage rating of 132KV, 132/33KV over head lines, 11/33/132 Kv underground cables and well versed with all kind of protective relays maintenance.

HVAC Manager - Projects BE in Mechanical Engineering fields or equivalent with minimum 15 years experience in HVAC Projects. Should have experience in handling a team of engineers and should possess good knowledge of maintenance & trouble shooting of Chillers. AHUs, Package & split units, water network system, freighting system, BMS System, and other miscellaneous mechanical installation, deluge fire fighting etc.
