Managers & Engineers
Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering with 5-15 years of relevant experience.

Mechanical, Electrical or C&I Engineers (Cement and Captive Power) with relevant manufacturing firms. Activities should have involved basic engineering & system design, detailed engineering, document & drawing review, equipment procurement & vendor co-ordination, project planning & monitoring and energy management.

Civil/ Structural Engineers (Cement, Captive Power and Highways & Bridges) with relevant experience in consulting or contracting firms. Activities should have involved the computer aided design, tendering, Feasibility Reports & DPRs for projects in Highways & Bridges, quantity estimation, document & drawings review and construction planning.

Draftsmen
Diploma in Engineering / ITI Qualifications with 5-10 years of relevant experience using AutoCAD.

Mechanical Draftsmen (Cement and Captive Power) having experience in the preparation/ concurrence checking of layouts, flow sheets, general arrangement, schematics, piping, HVAC, fire protection and fabrication drawings.

Electrical or C&I Draftsmen (Cement and Captive Power) having experience in the preparation / concurrence checking) of electrical layouts, general. Arrangement, schematics, cable routing and illumination layout.

Civil/ Structural Draftsmen (Cement, Captive Power and Highways & Bridges) having experience in the preparation of RCC, steel and fabrication drawings.

Site Supervisors
Diploma Holders/ Graduates/ Post Graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, C&I or Civil Engineering with 10-20 of years of work experience in consulting or contracting firms related to supervising site activities related to setting up large cement / captive power plants.
