   Min. Master's degree (preferably an MBA IN marketing, PhD desirable for the position of the Dean) from a premier university for all positions, with at least work experience for (a) 15-20 yrs. (b) 12-15 yrs. (c) 8-12 yrs. (d) 6-8 yrs, of which at least 3-5 years in a relevant role in admissions, training, placement and/or Marketing of Management Education. Business acumen is strongly encouraged for these positions.

2. Academic Industry Center of Excellence: Dean
   Min. Master's degree (preferably an MBA, PhD recommended) from a premier university with at least 15-20 years of work experience in a responsible / leadership role in the industry, academia or both (of which 3-5 years in a similar capacity) of creating and delivering Executive Development Programs, Industry Academia Research, Entrepreneurship cells, Business acumen is strongly encouraged for this position.

3. HR, Marketing, Finance, Entre. & Inno. - Senior Faculty (Full-time / Adjunct)
   MBA in Human Resource, Finance, Marketing (PhD strongly recommended) from a premier university with at least 8-10 years of work experience as a faculty or senior faculty in academic institutions or equivalent experience in industry. Industry exposure is strongly encouraged for these positions.
