Project Managers
B.E. Civil or PG in construction with 15 yrs. work experience, should have handled residential and commercial projects leading a team of engineers in construction, QA, MEP functions at the construction site; Responsibility for the entire operation at any one site. Should be familiar with construction schedules, weekly progress report, material management etc.: Familiarity with MSProjects usage will be an advantage. Candidates with leasser experience will be considered for Assistant Manager / Engineer positions.

Project Scheduler / Planner
Engineer with Project Management training / qualification: Around 10 years in Project management role; should be very conversant with MSProjects application and usage. Should have demonstrated experience, in activity scheduling, planning the project execution, monitoring and tracking progress and MIS.

General Manager Commercial
PG / MBA with 10 yrs experience in sourcing, purchase and contracting for residential and commercial projects. Demonstrated capability in assuring best deals for the organization in product quality, price, delivery, and payment terms. Develop and manage effective vendor database and network for materials and services. Must have experience in floating tenders and inviting quotations with successful negotiation skills.

Resident Architect
B.Arch with 8-10 yrs of experience in architecture of various asset classes, Be able to review concept and detailed designs of all types of properties and structures to ensure that the architecture and designs meet the sustainability vision of the company while adhering to local regulations and building standards with a value proposition to the customers. Awareness in latest trends and developments across the globe will be an asset.

General Manager - Legal
LLB with minimum 10 yrs experience. The position will be responsible for supervising the legal function of the organization, providing quality and timely legal advice and services to minimize risks to the company. He must be capable of ensuring legal, legislative, statutory and regulatory compliance in business of the company.

Manager - Liaison
Graduates with pleasing personality and with 10-12 yrs experience in Liaison with the govt. agencies for purchase of land/property - value buying, Must understand local town planning rules and building regulations. He must ensure effectiveness of time, cost and legality for approvals and permissions as per quality objectives of the organization.
