IIFT is a premier institution of education, training and research in the area of International Business set up by Department of Commerce, Government of India.

The Centre for WTO Studies is established at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in November 2002. Centre is a professional body which conducts independent research on the WTO and related matters. For its research work, the Centre intends to engage Consultant purely on a contractual basis at the level of Assistant Professors to work on issues related to Trade in Services.

Requirements: The candidate (s) should be M.A./ M.Phil (Economics) having experience on trade in Services issues. Candidate having done either Ph.D. or having 4-5 years of working experience in trade in services will be preferred.

Remuneration: A consolidated remuneration of Rs. 60,000/- pm. shall be payable. No other allowance such as DA, HRA, LTC, medical reimbursement, etc. is payable.

Tenure: Initially for a period of one year, extendable on the basis of performance/ requirement.
