Chassis / Powertrain Systems
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Years of Experience: Degree with 1 yrs or yrs or Diploma with 1 yr - 5 yrs.

Skills: Should be conversant with Modeling. Assembly, Detailing & Drafting (with GD & T) Using UG NX5 and above. Experience on systems like Frame, Brakes, Steering, Suspension, Cooling, powertrain etc. will be added advantage.

Body Systems
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering

Years of Experience: Degree with 1 yr - 4 yrs or Diploma with 1 yr - 5 yrs.

Skills: Should be conversant with Modeling, Surfacing. Assembly, Detailing & Drafting (with GD & T) using UG NX5 and above OR Catia V5. Knowledge on design of plastic & sheet metals parts is required. Experience on Interiors/ Exteriors systems will be added advantage.

Electronics
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Instrumentation / Computer Engineering with relevant experience in Automotive Electronics.

Years of Experience: Degree with 1 yr - 4 yrs or Diploma with 1 yr - 5 yrs.

Skills: Expertise in Embedded C, C++, Vb programming, diagnostics and communication protocols like CAN, LIN, MOST, etc. Should be familiar with concepts of problem solving techniques, design optimization, FMEA, DFA, DFS.

Understanding of B/16/32 bit microcotrollers. Tools like CAN analyzer, Emulators, Debuggers will be added advantage.

Engine
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

Years of Experience: Degree with 1 yr - 4 yrs or Diploma with 1 yr - 5 yrs.

Skills: Should be conversant with Modeling Assembly, Detailing & Drafting (with GD & T), layout creation and packaging using IDEAS 13/ UG NX5 and above. Knowledge on Engine domain preferred.

Electrical
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering with relevant experience in Automotive Electrical / Electronics.

Years of Experience: Degree with 1+ yr - 4 yrs or Diploma with 1 yr - 5 yrs.

Skills: Expertise in: Design & layout of Wiring Harnesses and Electrical components using modeling & drafting modules of UG NX5 and above, Electrical system integration; Technical documentation, Electrical Schematics/ Service manuals. Familiarity with: concepts of problem solving techniques, design optimization, FMEA, DFA and DFS.

Knowledge of vehicle assemblies, exposure to assembly lines and tools like AutoCAD and Capital-H will be an added advantage.

Fatigue Analysis
Qualification: Post Graduate / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Years of Experience: Post Graduate with 1 yr to 3 yrs or Gradate with 2 yrs to 5 yrs.

Skills: Should be able to carry out stress analysis of vehicle structures and fatigue analysis to predict life using NASTRAN, ABAQUS, Hypermesh. Knowledge of PATRAN will be an added advantage.

Crash & Safety Analysis
Qualification: Post Graduate / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Years of Experience: Post Graduate with 1 yr to 3 yrs or Graduate with 2 yrs to 5 yrs.

Skills: Should be able to carry out dynamic analysis to predict crash behavior against safety regulations. Knowledge of LSDYNA, Hypermesh, ANSA, NASTRAN/ ABAQUS.
