We are looking for dynamic professionals for our Middle Management positions from automobile & plastic industries at our upcoming plants in Ranipet, District Vellore in Tamil Nadu & Bawal, District Rewari in Haryana.

Candidates having valid Passport need only to apply for below mentioned positions as selected candidates will undergo an intensive training program at our collaborator's plant in U.S.A. for 03 months before final placement.

Operations
B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical or Polymer Technology having 5-7 years of experience in Operations department in a reputed Automobile Component company.

Job Profile:

• Enhance operations and meet organizational objectives.
• Identifying opportunities in production ramp up, Material Procurement, New Product Development and Machine Selection for effective use of resources such as manpower, power, tooling etc.
• Designing manufacturing layouts and managing erection and commissioning activities of Plant and machineries, Process equipments, Instruments.
• Implementing systems & procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall production operations & enhance operational efficiency

Product Development & Engineering
B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical or Polymer Technology having 5-7 years of experience in Research & Product Development in a reputed Automobile Component company.

Job Profile:

• Work with customers to identify, define, develop and design parts and products that meet or exceed the customer needs.
• Provide support on all New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Work with supply partners to develop process, material, tooling and other valued services to meet customer changing needs.
• Lead specific projects that focus on continuous improvement on the shop floor, in our designs, and educating our key employees.
• Continuous research & development of new & existing products.

Production & Processes
B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Chemical or Polymer Technology having 5-7 years of experience in Research & Product Development in a reputed Automobile Component company.

Job Profile:

• Promotes and manages shift production operations in accordance with the company's mission, strategy and profitability objectives.
• Achieves cost objectives for production processes and manufacturing expenses.
• Organizes plant by moving scrap, putting finished goods away, getting & putting moulds away, getting powder, keeping track of scrap when needed.
• Provides work direction, training and standards for the production staff. Maximizes the effective utilization of the manufacturing resources.
• Conducts monthly safety audits and safety committee meetings. Identifies and resolves any issues among workers.
