| Question: Hi, I am asking this on behalf of my brother. He has done his 3 year diploma from Rizvi India. Looking at a very meagre salary that his jobs offered he decided to quit the industry and got a job in a call centre and has been working there for over 2 years. Suddenly he has realised that he needs to go back to Hotel Industry to make ahead in his career. My Question is what are his options. What about studying abroad and what are his chances of coming back to India while he has completed his studies there. What about the finances involved. Thanks |

| Answer: Your brother should question himself of why he wants to get into the industry he once quit..Is it because now he has suddenly developed a liking or he just wants to study further in this area? Studying abroad would definitely cost an amount ranging from approx. $40,000-$60,000 per annum and it would also depend on the country and the college he wants to study. In India, there are many good institutions that deliver quality education in this field as well and which would not cost him dearly like the IHM's, Welcomgroup Graduate school, Merit Swiss School of Hotel Management etc. Counselor |
