| Answer: PGDM is a Post graduate Diploma in Management while an MBA is a degree programme in Business Administration. Although an MBA degree is given preference over a diploma programme but much has to do with the institute from where you plan to do the course. A good institute offering a PGDM course would be considered better that doing an MBA from a lesser known institute. No matter which course you take up-be sure that the institute and the course have credibility.
