It is expected, in India, that the number of Human Resources (HR) jobs will increase in the near future and the annual income for a careers in HR will be above the national average.

Some of the career prospects for candidates with an MBA in HRM & relevant experience are:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Compensation and Benefits Management
  • Corporate Arbitration
  • Industrial and Labor Relations
  • Organisational Behavior and Change
  • Management Training and Development

The crowning point of HRM is that the services rendered by the filed are indispensable to organisations irrespective of their type, size or functionality.

So if you think you can excel in this field then you should definitely opt for it irrespective of what the other people think and say.
