| Question: Sir, I am a BA degree holder, 29 yrs old and have no exp in any field. kya abhi bhi mere liye career ka koi option hai, ager hai to muje kis field mein jana chahiye ..? ya koi course jise krne se mere liye koi rah nikal sake ..plz help me. | ||
| Answer: You can join BPO sector.Starting a career in the BPO sector is easy as most of the BPOs provide in house training to the employees. Generally, a candidate with graduation in any discipline can join the BPO companies. They don't require any academic specialization. There is no specific age bar.
But before trying to applying for job there you should develop soft skills and should work on improving your English language. Some of the major institutes in India that conduct short-term courses for the skills required in BPOs are Aptech (with ACPG courses in all major cities of India), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), Lason India (Chennai) and Brainware (in all major cities in India), Excellionn (New Delhi).
