| Answer: Both MBA and MCA are professional degrees and highly in demand in marketplace. It’s basically the interest and inclination of the student that should influence his/her decision. In this highly competitive and tech savy business environment both MBA an MCA are rewarding career options. We go a step further to say each and every graduate should explore the option of MBA and MCA after graduation. These are the brilliant options paving your path.
There are differences in aptitude which both the courses require. If your daughter has an aptitude towards managerial works then she must opt for MBA.But if she is inclined towards technical side of work then let her do MCA. The MBA graduate would be actively involved in implementing the top and middle managements initiatives, she would translate the management’s growth objectives into a plan for system requirements that need to be put in place in order to enable the above objectives .She would then pass on these requirements to the MCA who would implement the plan for system requirements. So you are required to find out what kind of work she would be interested in and then go accordingly.
