We are Hiring Lead Sales Executive

Chennai Eco Motors are the professional dealer selling all kinds and models of Hero electric bikes. With the objective of providing best services in dealing with electric two wheelers, we are more focused bringing top brand and latest models of vehicles that suit current Indian road conditions. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our e-bikes.

Our caring concern to the nature and support green environment have further motivated us to get stronger in promoting e-bikes that are pollution-free and Eco friendly. Our staffs are very friendly in serving our customers and we bother to constantly listen to our end customers, suppliers and channel partners and respond them appropriately. Besides, we also focus to improve the quality of our services and products to make all our customers feel happy and confident about our dealership. We strive to be the flexible e-bike dealer that correctly and quickly responds to all business opportunities. Our work environment is comfortable to all our employees to meet and serve our customers with individual care. Besides, we also encourage our employees with rewards for their efforts in bringing continuous improvements and success in our business.

We function with the mission to deliver superior models of Hero electric bikes that are experiencing constant innovations in technology at competitive prices. Moreover, we attempt to improve our operational efficiency to be the always preferred electric bike dealers in Chennai for our customers.
Lead Sales Executive
Job Location:  Chennai (Madras)
Job Description:  Senior Sales Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by selling products; meeting customer needs.

Senior Sales Representative Job Duties:

Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
