Job Description:  Job Briefing:
An Account Manager is responsible for achieving assigned business targets for the territory / accounts. Building long term relationship, positioning the company and solutions. Soliciting business for β€œIT products” which includes Datacenter solutions / Server/ Storage & Networking components.
Principal Accountabilities:
β€’ Opening new accounts & Generating a healthy funnel in line with the targets for Forecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to customers.
β€’ Business planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territory.
β€’ Managing account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mapping.

Key Responsibility Areas:
β€’ Meet the defined SLA for all the challenges, concerns, escalations, queries from the account.
β€’ Thorough understanding of the services of AFL to assist clients in their day to day operations.
β€’ Identify gaps in work flow and provide necessary suggestions.
β€’ Maintain adequate documentation of activities to the Reporting Manager and account.
β€’ Be an evangelizer and brand ambassador of AFL Services.
β€’ Strive to achieve the company's vision and values at all possible times.
Sales / Business Skills
β€’ IT products Sales (IT Infrastructure Solutions sales which includes Data centre Solution/ Server/Storage/Networking components) to different industry segments.
β€’ Experience in dealing with Telecom / Large Enterprises accounts.
β€’ Account Management experience in the specified job location.
β€’ Proven ability to interact with C-Level executives.
Desired Profile
β€’ Strategic thinker with thought Leadership.
β€’ Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.
β€’ Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
β€’ Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.
β€’ Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
β€’ 8– 12 years of experience in selling and 5+ years in Account Management.
