1. Faculty should be able to teach at IIT JEE NEET Level.
2. Having experience in any of the reputed institute will be more preferred.
3. Should have good content knowledge about subject.
4. Faculty should have good communication skills.

5. Teaching skills: Candidates should be able to convey complex topics in a simplified manner by using creative teaching methods and a neat board presentation.

6. Set question papers, and discuss the solutions in detail.

7. Clearing doubt for students.

8 Monitor and analyse students’ performance and provide useful guidance to students as well as parents
