Designation- Area Sales Manager
Job Description:
Create and manage a team.
Training and motivating existing sales team.
Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales.
Creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team.
Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization.
Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to organisation heads.
Place of work: Bargarh, Odisha
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
Age – 25-40 years
Experience- (1-6) yrs in Sales and Marketing
Required Skills: good communication, team handling, convincing and motivating capability.
Salary: Rs. 24,500/-pm& incentive Extra

Candidate Requirement
Required Skills : excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Convincing and motivating Skills
Age : (25 -40) years
Experience : 1yr or more in Sales and Marketing
Must have own bike for marketing and have the basic idea of Smart Phone..
Experience:  1 - 2 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
Compensation Details 
Salary:  2.90 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum inr
