Job Description:   Vendors & Clients and forming various strategies of marketing by posting the resumes job boards like Dice.com, Monster.com, Net Temps, Career Builder and Hot Jobs etc., through personal network, and collected Data base
 Perform all staffing functions needed to fill our clients open job requirements.
 At least 6 months of experience in US IT Bench Sales. Must have solid experience in working with diversified employees/consultants in USA.
 Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the right talent for complex technical requirements
 Responsible for Aggressive marketing IT Bench Consultants (OPT, H1B, GC, US citizens, EAD)
 Experience in establishing relationships and working with Tier 1/Prime vendors to market our bench candidates.
 Generate leads from existing contacts and should possess a drive to convert prospect leads into business.
 Must be able to learn and implement effective selling techniques. Should co-ordinate with candidates from beginning to end involving job search, agreement, rate negotiations, resume and interview preparation, Interview feedback, placement co-ordination and build a strong relationship with the candidates.
 Should have a drive to succeed and offer consistent placements based on targets defined by the company.
 Should have excellent spoken and written English skills. Must be a team player and offer leadership wherever required, Should take initiatives when necessary.
 Some extended hour’s maybe required as per position demands. Should be able to work under pressure
 Must have experience in working with different employment types (W2, 1099, C2C), Tax Terms, Visa/Immigration policies etc.
 Interacting with Clients/Tier-I/Primary Vendors on a regular day-to-day basis, and coordinating & maintaining relationship.
 Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients
 Preliminary screening of candidates to ensure that they meet client’s requirements.
 Correspondence with the clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback. Conducted well-structured training programs for consultants to enhance communication and soft skills. Negotiating on the rates, conducting the interviews and placing the available resources in various technologies along with obtaining purchase orders from the client. Exchanging contracts, company information for billing purposes. Scheduling Interviews for Consultants and guiding them at the time of interview by providing the information of the client Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, Po’s and Contracts. Monitoring and follow-up till final selection. Setting up billing terms and conditions i.e. Net 30 or Net 15 with client. Hence closing the deal.
