NACE Certified (Level 3) Cathodic Protection Technologist
Academic Qualifications:

• BE in Electrical Engineering OR Electrochemical Engineering OR Master Degree in Corrosion Science & Surface Coatings.
• Minimum 5+ yrs. exp. in Water & Power, off shore & on shore facilities, Oil & gas, Refinery, Fertilizer and petrochemical industries.

Skills required:

• Cathodic protection design, engineering, project management, Execution, Inspection, surveys, Operation & maintenance, External corrosion investigation, remote monitoring, Corrosion monitoring, Technical reports, Technical specifications, estimations and Tendering
• Conducted AC & DC interference survey, External corrosion investigations, CIPS and DCVG surveys.
• Mitigated AC & DC interference.
• Follow CP installation procedures, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection & test plan (ITP),commissioning reports and submit documentations with As-built drawings.
• Impart CP training to construction team of engineers & technicians
• Supervise the construction activities at site periodically and conduct final commissioning, testing and acceptance of the systems.
• Knowledge on international corrosion/coatings standards.
