SGM 01

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architeccture, preferably Post Graduation degree in Town Planning. He should have demonstrable and proven experience of handlng the entire licensing and liaison including the teachnical issues of townships, commercial, Group housing etc.

Experience: 18-20 years

Experience & Knowledge: Ideal Candidate should be well versed with Haryana / Punjab Acts. & Bye Laws. The incumbent should be articulate & have excellent communication skills. He should have knowledge of land & land related issues licensing matters with regard to Haryana / Punjab. He should be proficient in IT & technology with requisite command and ease in Auto Cad / ERP & related software. Those having commercial acumen & legal knowledge shall be preferred.

However, recently retired Engineers/Architects having worked at senior positions may also apply.
