Job Description:  Indicative Roles and Responsibilities – Client Servicing
Location: Bangalore
β€’ Understand Client requirements, project brief & event objectives
β€’ Work on briefs from the clients, Identify Clients Business need and business challenges
β€’ Make proposal presentations according to the brief and present the same to the clients.
β€’ Negotiating with clients & closing the deal
β€’ Act as a liaison between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams
β€’ Getting involved in event planning, meeting deadlines, coordinating with operations team and creative team to execute as per client’s
expectation.
β€’ Ensure prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries and Ensuring smooth execution of the event with thorough
supervision and coordination.
Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly
β€’ Build innovative strategies to retain key clients
β€’ Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention.
β€’ Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately
β€’ Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
β€’ Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and
testimonials from client, closing the event.
Skills
β€’ Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office, esp. PowerPoint
β€’ Confident enough to take meetings and briefs
β€’ Should be cordial in their approach
β€’ Should be a team player
β€’ Should have an eye for detail
