Job Location:  Mumbai (Bombay)
Job Description:  Job Description :

New business development through networking, cold callings, referencing. Accordingly fixing meetings with potential clients.
Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments and guiding the team on the same
Responsible for Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
Responsible for achieving sales target and increasing profits of the company
Improve sales performance of subordinates
Developing relevant business proposals (relevant options) and Prepare pitch presentations along with CS personnel
Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
Should provide timely approvals on for smooth execution of event
Stay Updated with new technologies for conference, launch, activation, etc.
He / she will have to visit the event / activity site
Be in constant touch with the client before, during and after the event
Responsible for making the branch into a individual profit center
Handling Manpower planning for the team and also for retaining the staff underline
Training the down-line on various marketing strategies
Having strong communication skills, industry knowledge and very strong network database.
