G.M./ Addl G.M. (Railway Coordination): No. of Post - 1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: Graduate or Post Graduate with minimum 15-20 years experience in liaisoning with Railway authorities at all level.
G.M. (HR): No. of Post-1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: MBA/ PGDM in HR/IR with LLB from a recognized university/ institution of repute having minimum 20 years of proven experience in steel/ mining/ power sector handling entire gamut of HR, IR, General Administration activities, strategic planning & execution of new and existing policies and systems, handling talent management, sound knowledge of statute and should have worked in a corporate environment and coordinating branch units. Conversant with law matters other than labour law will be an added advantage.
Addl. G.M. / D.G.M. (Accounts): No. of Post -1: Qualification, Experience & Responsibility: CA with minimum 10 years experience in the field of Accounts of any large group. Should be capable of independently finalize the accounts up to the stage of audit of the group having various units, preparation of periodical accounts for submission to the top management, periodical compilation of branch accounts with head office and reporting, must have knowledge of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Excise and Service Tax. Experience in mining/ manufacturing industry shall be preferred.
D.G.M./ A.G.M. (Purchase): No. of Post - 2: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with PG Degree/ Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Power plant & Steel Melting Shop. The incumbent should be capable of establishing and implementing Procurement Strategies and related best practices, developing financial and other performance metrics for all procurement and well conversant with issues connected to entire PURCHASE, STORES, LOGISTICS in Steel/ Power industries. The incumbent must be proficient in all aspects of Purchase namely Vendor Development, Price Negotiation, Stores Management, etc. and having analytical drive to perform market, supplier, and competitor analysis for quality and cost factor.
DGM/ AGM (Direct Tax): No. of Post-1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: B.Com with L.L.B / L.L.M & having experience of 10-15 years in the field of Direct Tax. The incumbent should have depth and updated knowledge about Provisions, Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars and other related statutes relevant with the Direct Tax. The candidate should be capable to appear before various revenue authorities, including Appellate Authority at all level, related to audit, assessment and other statutory compliance and should have experience in Income Tax, TDS/ TCS, assessment procedures, appeals, penalty, etc.
DGM/ AGM (Indirect Tax): No. of Post-2: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: B.Com with L.L.B/ L.L.M & having experience of 10-15 years in the field of Indirect Tax with specialization in Sales Tax both Central and State tax. The incumbent should have through and updated knowledge of Acts, Rules, Notifications, Circulars of Sales Tax (CST & VAT), Works Contract Tax, Entry Tax etc. The candidate should be capable to appear before various revenue authorities, including Appellate Authority at all level, related to above tax matter for audit, assessment and other relevant statutory compliance.
Company Secretary: No of Post-1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: C.S. qualified having 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience in company law and other legal matter under various Acts. Ensuring compliance with all Company Law / statutory requirements, ROC, Compliances. The incumbent should have depth knowledge in dealing with ROC related matter and capable to appear before Company Law Board. He should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Manager/ Dy. Manager (Legal): No of Post - 2: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: LLM / LLB with minimum 7 years of experience as practicing lawyer or experience in company having sound knowledge in the maters related with Railway Acts and Rules and various orders / notifications made there under and having good knowledge of civil procedure code, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cyber Law, Information & Technology Act. Mines & Mineral (Development & Regulation) Act, Mineral Concession Rules, Mineral Conservation and Development Rules and all allied Act & Rules of Mines.

Head / General Manager (Pelletisation): No. of Post - 1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical/ Metallurgy with minimum 10 to 20 years Experience in Pellet Plant Operation & Maintenance, quality control, plant administration, intra-dept co-ordination, team development. The incumbent should be result oriented and having vast exposure with setting up independently Iron ore Pelletisation Plant, Technology Selection and Project Planning, Costing and Budgeting, Vendor Identification & Negotiation, deals with various Govt./ Non Govt. agencies to execute projects in Orissa.
Central Mines Office at - Barbil, Keonjhar, Orissa
G.M./ Addl. G.M. (Environment): No. of Post -1: Qualification, experience & responsibility: Candidate should be Ph.D./ M.Tech in Environmental Science/ M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Geology/ Degree in Mining Engineering, having minimum 22 years of industrial experience out of which 5 to 10 years in minimum industry of repute. Should have excellent communication skill, computer proficient, highly organized, self motivated, result oriented and able to perform efficiently. The candidate must be proficient in designing, operation and maintenance of pollution control and environmental management systems and up to date with EIA studies in respect of mining projects. The candidate will be responsible for environmental performance evaluation, preparation of comprehensive environmental management plans, pollution prevention, monitoring and independently handling environmental compliances and liaisoning with SPCB/ MoEF and other Statutory Bodies for getting necessary clearances/ consents.

(Exploration): No. of Post-1: Qualification, Experience & responsibility: M.Sc. in Geology/ Applied Geology/ M.Tech in exploration having minimum 20 years of experience in prospecting, exploration and geological mapping specially in Iron Ore, Manganese Ore and Lime Stone should be highly organized, result oriented and capable of appropriate planning and executing exploration work, should have practical knowledge of logging and sampling of drill core/sludge and ore/mineral reserve estimation. Candidates having sound knowledge of Geological software will be given preference.
A.G.M./ Sr. Manager (Geology): No. of Post 1: Qualification, experience & responsibility: M.Sc. in Geology/ Applied Geology/ Degree in Mining Engineering having minimum 12 years of experience in mining field for preparation of mining Plan/ Mining Scheme, preferably in Iron ore/ Manganese or Min.
