Team Lead Sales
Job Location:  Surat
Job Description:  We have urgent opening for Team Lead Sales @ Surat. If you are interested please send your updated resume in word format

Responsibility
• Visit potential customers for new business
• Provide customers with quotations
• Assist team to intensify sales via training on sales methods
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
• Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Record sales and send copies to Top management
• Review your own sales performance
• Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of underperforming personnel.
• Make propositions, give suggestions and designate sales target and job obligations to team.

KEY SKILLS:
• Communication Skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Demonstration Skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
• Basic computer Knowledge is must
• Experience of Team handling is must
