Sales Coordinator

Job Location:  Ahmedabad
Job Description:  Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested. Maintaining inventory of sales materials. Understanding sales contracts. Tracking sales leads and customer orders. Arranging sales meetings otherwise give full detail of product to Customer. Coordinating interdepartmental materials. Produces reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department. Meets with people in other departments to help promote product. Creates new and innovative ideas to sell product. Responds to any inquiries from the consumer. Reads and evaluates sales reports. Meets monthly sales goals as provided by management. Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers. Makes presentations to management which explains how to meet sales goals and talk about any new innovative ideas that management may have. Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns. Makes sales goals and assists other members of the sales department in meeting them. Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form. Responsibility of daily basis fill up your daily reports and submitted it. Responsibility of daily work doing proper with satisfaction of our Customers. Quotation Make with full of responsibility. Handling of telephonic queries of our customers or Vendors. Regularly follow up with Technical Person for Dispatch and Repairing of Machine

Experience:  2 - 4 years
Qualification:  Graduate in Education
