Job Description: Technical Support Executive and Technical Sales Executive:
· Work with International Clients (US and CANADA). Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
· Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to computers, routers, and printers. Fixation of Virus and Malware intrusion Etc.
· Well known company in delivering outstanding customer by performing accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service
Functional Role: Technical Support Executive
