Job Location:  Hyderabad
Job Description:  Who we need?

Head of Release Management
Lead & Head of releases
Leading Release Management Office
10 – 15 Years

Core Components:
Hands on with Agile & Scrum – Skill level must be excellent
Should have run 4-5 projects Or Run releases for 4 – 5 Product Releases **
Should be a strong leader managing large number Scrum team – Should manage the entire Engineering team & lead Releases
Ability to recruit apt resources – Manage Scrum Masters – Ability to guide & coach & mentor
Communication across Stakeholders – BU’s (Collaboration & Coordination with all the departments & ability to chair & run meetings)
Set up processes in terms of Release management – Metrics (Velocity, Bugs Ratio between releases)
Expertise with tools like JIRA.
Certification in Agile/Scrum.

Candidate Requirement
Release Engineering Manager who is experienced in planning, communicating, monitoring, measuring, coordinating and reporting product releases, by closely working with product teams with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology industry. Skilled in working on release management activities using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jenkins.
Experience:  10 - 18 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
