Chief Executive Officer
We are looking for a hardworking, tough, dynamic, aggressive and painstaking person for the above post. The following qualities are essential for this position.

(a) Providing a strong commercial and administrative leadership and overall management of the entire organization.
(b) Continuously monitoring all the departments and taking stern action on employees for shirking duty, inefficiency, lapses, non-performance etc.
(c) Suggesting cost reduction, innovation and new ideas to keep the organization abreast with time and technology.

The candidate should be aged around 40 years. The candidate should be fully competent, strict disciplinarian, sharp and a hard task-master.

He should be able to maintain high degree of discipline with firmness with tremendous leadership ability, not allowing looseness or latitude at any cost. He must be capable to handle senior level people whose habit is to make excuses followed by arguments thus wasting time and energy of seniors.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in medium size reputed industry at higher level

Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore)
