Job Description:  We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs. They should be able to attract the best talent to work for our company and make sure that new and existing workers are satisfied with their positions.
Functional Area:  Admin & Office Support/Secretary
Functional Role:  Admin Executive
Role & Responsibilities

• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
• Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management
• Designing and salary structure for employees
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Manage employees’ grievances
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about.
Candidate Requirement

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
• Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
• Solid communication skills
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.

Compensation Details 
Salary:  80 Thousand (Indian Rupees) per annum inr
