Job Description:  Job Role:
1) Generation of sales (min 5 No.) and also focus on revenue.
2) Proper followup with the customers on time..
3) Taking up maximum open leads and followup (Min 180).
4) The RM has to generate their own leads by add posting if there ARM are busy.
5) Immediate intimation of escalation leads to Team Leader or Management whoever is free
to take the call.
6) Proper explanation of all the projects as per customer requirements by resolving general
queries to the extent that the customer should get clear in his/her mind as to which
project he/she wants to take either or your own or with the help of team leader and
manager.
7) Need to create a FAQ if a new query comes in from the customer whose answer is not
known to you ,need to discuss with seniors and jot it down on the same day.
8) Giving guidance to your ARM on the quality of leads and suggestions if available as to
how to improve them.
9) Taking initial meeting of customer when a meeting is scheduled and then if required and
customer has more queries then to forward the meeting to management.Meeting with
management has to be on the basis of prior intimation and the customer has to be clear
with the project basics.
10) Generation of leads through ad posting on daily basis.
11) The Target given on monthly basis by the Team Leader or the management has to be
achieved and the performance shall be reviewed quarterly ( every three months).
12) Daily Report Submission To The Team Leader.

Candidate Requirement
The respective RM /BDM is solely responsible of extracting all the agreement related
document from the customer and to submit the same along with the hard copy of the
document check list provided by the management, without which no agreement
processing will take place.
Experience:  0 - 2 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
Compensation Details 
Salary:  2.15 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum inr
