Sr. Executive / Asst Manager – HR & Admin/MIS Exec

Job Location:  Gurugram (Gurgaon), Faridabad
Job Description:  • Daily Attendance collection & compilation,
• Tracking field staff attendance, maintaining Leave records,
• Monthly Attendance compilation,
• Handling / Completion of Joining formalities & documentation,
• Issuance of different letter like Offer Letters/LOI/Appointment Letter/Warning Letter, No-Dues Certificates, Relieving/Experience Letters etc. and keeping its records,
• Preparation of Employees Personal Files & records,
• Controlling & communicating HR Policies time to time,
• Preparation & finalising employee FNF, Gratuity etc.
• Good Knowledge of PF/ESIC/LWF compliances,
• Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities,
• Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to Housekeeping,
• Vendor Management & Office Administration,
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills i.e. email writing skills, logical strong
• Strong Excel Database Skills – pivot, VLOOKUP, PPT etc.
• Versatile with multi-tasking skills.
• Able to build effective relationship with all colleagues of all levels and of all ages.
• Good communication skill and teamwork spirit, Self-confidence and commitment.
Functional Area:  Admin & Office Support/Secretary
Functional Role:  Admin Executive
Candidate should be from
Telecom, HR management, HR Compliance Management Companies etc..
Candidate Requirement

Compensation Details 
Salary:  2.00 Lakh to 3.00 inr
Essential/Mandatory Criteria:


• Any Diploma in MS Office & computer Literacy,
• Expertise in Ms-Excels & PPT specially
