Job Location:  Delhi
Job Description:  Bachelor or Post Graduate in Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce with Post Graduation in Business Administration.
Minimum Requirement
β€’ 15+ years in Software solutions and services selling experience.
β€’ 10+ years in the respective region / market.
β€’ Wide range of domain and industry exposure.
β€’ Experience in dealing with CXOs of Global Fortune 500 / 200 companies.
Job Responsibilities
β€’ To build, maintain and lead TSG Sales Operations in the respective geography.
β€’ Be accountable for the all Pre-sales / Sales initiatives and activities.
β€’ Responsible for Sales activities /will also be responsible for meeting business target for the region.
β€’ Experience in selling /IT Services /IT products/RIM/24*7 IT Support/Hosting services/data center
β€’ Should have thorough Understanding of IT Infra Services Business
β€’ Should be willing to Hunter sales Roles
β€’ must be Handled sales for GOVT/PSU/BFSI Sector
β€’ Strategically prepare the Annual Business Plan in line with the Practice’s goals and objectives.
β€’ Own the topline and bottom-line for the practice.
β€’ Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company brand and establish strategic relationships.
Technical Skills
β€’ Should have experience selling in the areas of Networking, Embedded Systems, Cloud Computing, Mobility, Data Analytics, Software Solutions and Services.- Govt/BFSI/PSU
β€’ FMS, AMC, RIM, NOC, DMS, Managed Services
β€’ Security Software, IT Security Products
β€’ PC, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Servers and Storages
β€’ IT Hardware Services including repairs and maintenance AMC
β€’ Facility Management Services – providing Resident Engineers (network administrators, Windows Admins, Server Admins, Desktop Admins) and providing such services too β€œOn-Call Basis”
β€’ Remote Infra Management (RIM) – Remote β€œHelp Desk Support” for all hardware (as mentioned above)
β€’ Remote Software support – Database, OS, MS Office
β€’ Experience in selling – (like, AMCs, FMS, Managed Services, RIM, 24X7 IT support, Hosting services, colocation, Data Center - rack space, Hardware sales of major OEMs, IT Security Products)

β€’ Strategic Thinker with thought Leadership.
β€’ Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise.
β€’ Conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
β€’ Must have experience in Technical Selling or Solution Selling.
β€’ Must be someone who has carried revenue targets through-out their career.
β€’ Must have worked in end to end sales cycle.
β€’ Over 8 years of experience in managing P&L.
β€’ Strong and in-depth selling experience in the respective regions.
Traveling β€’ Purely on business needs
β€’ Moderate to Severe intensity
β€’ Across the US, Europe and any part of the globe.
