B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma (civil) additional qualification of L.L.B/L.L.M with 15-20 years experience in handling contractual matters such as contract matters such as contract interpretation, variations, correspondence with clients & ensuring fulfillment and compliance to contact provision without any contractual disputes. he should be well conversant in contract conditions, tenders, negotiations, estimate, costing, billing, arbitrations etc. Should be well versed with persuing and closing of pending claims and issues directly or should have experience of liasioning with all legal and insurance matters.

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ Diploma (civil) additional qualification of L.L.B/L.L.M

Experience: 15-20 years
