Joint Secretaries/ Registrars
Areas: These positions shall be responsible to oversee all planning & administrative operations of the University for all the Schools and Divisions with exposure in one or more areas of:

General Administration, Human Resource, Graining and Placement, Finance, Procurement and Vendor Development, Infrastructure Planning and Development, Electrical, Security and Safety, Hospitality, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication and Brand Development/ Social Media, Business Intelligence, Research, Consultancy, Entrepreneurship, Student Welfare, Sports, Cultural, Social Work, Examination Academic Affairs, Legal Compliances etc.

Growth Opportunities
These are unique and innovative senior level, crucial administrative positions of the University with chances of growth to the highest level as Director General, Registrar & Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in the university.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Aptitude in problem solving.
  • Age: 30-50 years.

Functional Area: Admin & Office Support/Secretary

Experience: 10 years or more experience.

Location: Phagwara (Punjab, India)

People with relevant industry background and experience which related to programmes of study in the University may also be considered for heading the Administration in the relevant schools/ divisions to create synergies. The positions shall be transferable within the university in various areas as mentioned above.
