We are looking for candidates with Post Graduation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or Graduate in Law with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry. He/She should have adequate knowledge and exposure to statutory compliances, Employee disciplinary procedures, Employee counseling and other Factory Act requirement.

Lady Welfare Officers (Locations: Madurai, Tuticorin & Ambasamudram)
Candidate should possess the qualification recognized by Government of Tamil Nadu for the post of Welfare Officers. Candidates with work experience in a Manufacturing organization with a large female work force will be preferred.

Executive - Dying (Location: Ambasamudram)
