Business / Sales Head - Bangalore
Job Location:  Bengaluru (Bangalore)
Job Description:  • Conduct Market Research to Identify Selling Possibilities and Evaluate Customer Needs.
• Actively seek out New Sales Opportunities through Cold Calling , Networking and Social Media.
• Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring US, UK and other markets for Structural Steel Detailing Services.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Must act as bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
• Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing capabilities.

Candidate Requirement
• Any Graduate
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients.
• Should be hardworking, honest and loyal to the company.
• Should be able to negotiate with clients and customers to get higher profit margins.
• Proven work experience as a Business Head.
• Excellent knowledge of Ms Office.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills..
Experience:  5 - 14 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
Compensation Details 
Salary:  5.00 Lakh to 8.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum
