Job Location:  Bengaluru (Bangalore)
Job Description:  1. Communicate with prospective guests to persuade them to book rooms by sales method such as telephone calls, conversing with leads in an effort to convince guests to book one or several rooms.
2. Pursue all leads generated by marketing efforts, including inquiries through email.
3. Filing paperwork, maintaining computer databases and communicating guest requirements to all departments of the hotel.
4. Visit potential customers for new business & provide customers with quotations
5. Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
6. Identify new markets and business opportunities
7. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
8. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
9. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
10. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Candidate Requirement
Candidate should posses Sales Experience 1-2 years in relevant field. Managers & Assistant Manager should be currently with the same position or junior position who looking for promotion for next level. Ability to develop and implement lead generation and sales plan by means of cold calling. We are currently looking for young, energetic candidates. Excellent relationship builder, with strong communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's Degree is minimum education. Recognized for successfully meet targets, proficiently formulating and implementing budgets, building high-performing teams and nurturing fruitful relationships with customers. An effective communicator possessing excellent presentation & soft skills with honed marketing management, logical and problem-solving abilities..
Experience:  1 - 7 years
Qualification:  Graduate in Management
