Job Description:  JOB SUMMARY :

Responsible for selling of Thin books, Tabs, Mini-PCs, Thin clients, Desktops, Plug PCs, etc.Adequate knowledge of IT Hardware's and also the market knowledge of "Bangalore". He must be into IT Hardware Industry in "Bangalore" into sales in Corporate business only for a minimum of 4 to 9 +years exp into IT hardware.

Responsibilities:

Account management:

· Should maintain a good relationship with all potential Accounts and its Stakeholders.

· Understand the customer requirements properly and Suggest the right product.

· Tap all the active accounts regularly to get continuous business from them- Follow up with all inactive accounts and try to make them active by creating new opportunities

· Holding a great command on all the Accounts assigned to them and maintaining a strong relation with Business heads

· Travel to areas where needs are projected.



Opportunity Management:

· Following up all the open opportunities in the areas assigned to you.

· You should have 360 degree command 0n all the opportunities.

· Strong understanding on product features before a sale.

· Coordinating with the presales team for customized Quotations and product details.

· Coordinating with operations teams for sales order executions and Logistics tracking.

· Sales Activity Reporting – Ensure the timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of all sales activities and customer/competitive information through ongoing usage CRM

· Pipeline Management & Forecasting -Provide an accurate forecast of personal sales results. Continuously review all opportunities in the sales pipeline and advance the stage of the sale to provide an accurate record of sales activities and monthly results that roll-up to the sales forecast.

· Sales Execution – Based on direction established by customer marketing and the Sales Director executes sales contacts based on campaign requirements, sales leads, and other national sales execution requirements.

Candidate Requirement
1. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
2.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
3.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
4.Strong business sense and industry expertise
5.Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
Experience:  Min 4.9 years
Qualification:  Any Graduate
Compensation Details 
Salary:  50+.00 Lakh (Indian Rupees) per annum inr
