Civil Engineer preferably having management qualification, with minimum 10-15 years of experience with leading Real Estate Developers in development and construction of Residential/ Commercial Projects and presently holding a Senior Management or similar portfolio. Candidate should be capable of independently managing the all technical affairs, with knowhow of mechanized construction and should be proficient with latest softwares for construction industry. Work profile would include day to day monitoring of site activities, imparting innovative guidance looking into the day to day changes in work patterns, quality and quantity management, governing logistic arrangements, liaison with Consultants, Architects, Governing authorities etc., Ideal candidate would be one who is looking for a self motivated long team growth and who has the capability to draw an upward growth plan for the organization.
