Vision for the Position

Support the Executive Principal in the management of the School through the execution of strong administrative and Executive Assistant services. Upholding the vision, values and high standards of Al Yasat Private School, by demonstrating unfailing integrity and professionalism at all times.

Scope of Position

In managing the school reception, the successful applicant will work closely in supporting the Executive Principal; work alongside him/her in providing assistance with his/her busy schedule, anticipating documents, support and correspondence that may be required for upcoming meetings and events. Supporting the Executive Principal by providing a comprehensive, fully confidential and efficient administrative and personal assistance service. In going about all duties and communications uphold the vision, values and high standards of Al Yasat Private School, by demonstrating unfailing integrity and professionalism at all times.

Required Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and Arabic

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff and parents

Expert level written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Emotional maturity

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer type service and response

Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
