Manufactures of Laboratory/fine/specialty chemicals are looking for our Tarapur plant near Boisar on Western Railway

Assistant Manager Production Specialty/ Fine Chemicals

• Exp. in reactions like Bromination, Nitration, Sulfonation, Diazotisation, Hydrogenation, Autoclave pressure reactions & Synthesis in semi bulk scale (2500L capacity)
• Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/ 10 to 15 Operators.
• Having handled equipment like Autoclave, GL/SS Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc. & Unit Operations like condensation, centrifugation, drying & multi-milling.
• Experience in preparing SOP’s, IQ, OQ, DQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies like FDA, Factory Inspector. Etc
• Experience in Specialty/Fine chemicals/API/Bulk drugs will be preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-2008 & GMP.

Qualification: M.Sc/Ph.D (Inorganic/Organic Chemistry)

Experience: 10-12 yrs. exp. of Schedule M & FDAP Production in pharma/chemical plant. (Exp. in PLC/SCADA Preferred)
