Front Office Assistants

Job Location:  Kumbakonam
Job Description:  SG Associates Builders and Developers kumbakonam is looking for Dynamic Front Office Assistants for its office located near Kumbakonam Bus stand on a Full Time basis

Job profile:

1) Basic Computer Skills for Data entry and reporting,
2) Must attend Incoming calls and customers,
3) Office management, House keeping, Inventory management, Maintenance & Repairs,
4) Banking & Financial Services, and Others Book Keeping
5) Attend to customer sales, advertisements and answering requests in a fast-paced environment.
6) Will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy our products or services.
7) Calling clients and addressing to their search on buying plots and housing requirements giving detailed information about our company and our projects
8) Fixing site visit
9) Assisting Clients on their travel arrangements
10) Payment follow-up with customers
11) Advertising and response handling
12) Coordination during agreement finalization

Candidate Requirement
Should have:

* 1-5 years experince in similar line
* Very Good Written and Oral Communication Skills (Tamil/ English)
* Hunger to learn and grow with the company
* Establish rapport & understanding
* Should have good working experience in Ms- Word and Excel sheet
* Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Experience:  1 - 5 years
Qualification:  Any 10+2, Any Graduate, Any Professional, Any Diploma, Any Certificate, Any in Any with Any
Preferred Resume Format:  MS-Word
Compensation Details 
Salary:  80 Thousand to 2.00 inr
Compensation will be the best in the industry - Incentive based payout applicable
