Construction Manager / Project Engineer / Junior Engineer
Degree (Civil) with 2 to 10 years of experience / Diploma (Civil) with 4 to 15 years of experience in construction of medium / big industrial projects and have knowledge of Slip Form operations, structural work.

Foremen / Supervisor
With relevant qualification and 5 to 20 years of experience only in industrial projects.

Degree (Civil / Mechanical) with 3 to 18 years / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical) with 5 to 20 years of experience in construction of large diameter fixed, floating, fixed cum floating roof tank with associated system like Product, Foam & Cooling Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation including Catodic Protection system in Refineries, Petro- chemicals etc. should be conversant with applicable Codes & Standards, NDT & Stress Relieving, Modern Erection Techniques, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Planning & Cost Contact.

Degree (Civil / Mechanical) with 3 to 18 years / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical) with 5 to 20 years of experience in fabrication, erection & testing of CS / AS/ SS piping work - both for Pressure & Non-pressure Unit, Off site, Inter Plant, Underground etc., for Hydro carbon, Gas & other product in Refineries, Petro - chemicals, Fertilizers etc., Should be conversant with codes & standards, NDT & Stress Relieving, preparation of Isometics, Testing procedure of Piping work in Loop / Circuit as well as Total piping System, Planning & Cost Control.

Plant Managers & Plant Engineers
Degree / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical) with 2 to 15 years of relevant experience in operation, maintenance, handling of plant & machineries used in construction industry.
