We are 95% subsidiary of UK based Chartered Accountancy firm called SKS Business Services Limited.
The Indian Entity is called Jam & Associates Private Limited. We were trading as Swarup and Associates until the beginning of 2017.
We have 6 offices in the UK and 5 offices in India. Offices in India are in Jamnagar, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar and Pune. Total staff strength in the UK is 35 and in India is 140. Of the 140 staff in India, approx. 70 are Chartered Accountants. We are growing fast and hence the requirement for well qualified and articulate staff.

Job Location: Surat, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Indore, Jaipur, Chandigarh

Job Description: Accounts preparation:
Prepare financial statements from incomplete records for limited companies, partnerships and sole
traders.
Tax returns:
Prepared of corporation, personal, sole traders and partnership tax returns.
Management accounts:
Preparation of management accounts, analysis of performance and writing of commentary.
Preparation of budgets.
Preparation of forecasts.

Candidate Requirement

1. The applicant should be a Fresher/ Experienced CA with at the most experience of 3 years.
2. Willing to work with UK based clients.
3. Willing to commit to work atleast for 2 years.
4. Be well verse in English communication and excel skills.
5. Willing to drop COP if holding..

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Qualification: Doctorate in Commerce with CA, Doctorate in Commerce with CA
