Some of our Key Client Engagements are Volvo, Alstom, LAM Research, Capgemini and Legato Healthcare. We are engaged with them in project outsourcing model where deployment is either offshore/onsite.
We pledge to serve to our clients, with our unique disruptive approach to COE/practice based product Engineering services to help them bridge the gap. It helps our clients to drive efficiency,save costs and gain quality Talent through a single point association.

Job Description:  About Role & Team
You would be working with technologists and engineering leaderswith diverse experience and help them build and manage a Product Engineering Services company. Your contribution would be to understand the Talent requirements of our clients and in line with our COE approach
source, qualify, schedule and lead a candidate to interview. You would be engagement in the entire candidate lifecycle and play a very crucial role in the success of Talentpod

Candidate Requirement
What are we looking for?
Candidates should have 5-8years of Experiencein Technology Recruitment with a focus in Staffing.
Management of entire candidate lifecycle basis client’s requirement
Understand technology and Business requirement and ability to break them up intokey words and search patterns.
Ability to hire, train, build and handle mid size to large teamsShould have worked in IT Staffing firms as Recruiters
Managed a team of at least 5-8 Recruiters; Managed Clients & Client representatives.
Experience in contract to hire.
Deep understanding of portal usage, Boolean search , usage of social Media and referral programs to build candidate database
Understand a demand from the business perspective and disintegrate them into detailed job requirement(s) that fulfillbusiness needs.
Understand the expectations from the job & the role and develop various sourcing strategies.Use most up-to-date techniques, trends and technologies (social media, for instance) to reach out to passive and active job seekers in the industry.
Source candidates from multiple channels like Job Portals, Social media, Database, Cold Calls, References etc.
Develop knowledge retention plan including strategies for developing robust internal database.
Establish and maintain a communication channel with the leadership team and provide insights into market trends
Can create MIS
Excellent Communication skills
Can handle client queries and events
Coordination skills
Displays quick learning and is a self starter and functions with integrity and team spirit.
Flexible about timing and work and willing to stretch and learnon the job.Qualification Required(Any)
Any Graduate / B.E/B.Tech or MBA.
