Responsibilities:-

Calendar Management (schedule meetings; Manage calendar of MD on an ongoing basis by prioritizing calendar requests based on business needs to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time, monitoring / track meetings day to day.
During internal and external meetings, responsible for logistical support like arranging for video conferences, working lunches, transport coordination.
Coordinate all travel related services air & train tickets, hotels, cars, passports, and visas for seniors.
Responsible for administrative activities like filing expense reimbursements, credit card payments, medical bills etc. Ensure timely submission of timesheet on behalf of the senior.
Prepare and provide MIS reports & expense reports. on time, as required by MD.
Co-ordinate among the various stakeholders like HR, Finance, Procurement and others for delivery of services.

Calender Management-
o As and when any event/task comes, it should be categorized into URGENT or NON-URGENT
o For URGENT Tasks, immediately the appointment request to be created in the
o Calendar with respective concerned persons.
o Put it in the tracker and take priority from MD and put the deadline accordingly
The annual calendar should be maintained considering the following:
One-on-One meetings
o Taking appointments, follow-up and fixing meetings
o For government meetings the following steps should be considered :
o Protocol person from PR should be there
o The car details is given to the respective department with whom the meeting is being arranged
o Send someone to get the pass made at the gate
Review Meetings with Companies CEO
o Weekly/Bi-weekly meetings to be lined up with Board of Directors.
o The review meeting will include all matters related to each and every department (including Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Technical etc.)wherever Vendor Management: purchase and procurement of office items as per the organisation policy.

Travels Handle -for flight options from Travel Desk and get the options confirmed by MD.Online Travel Approval Form is required to be filled.After return, prepares his Travel Expense Statement attached with all annexure, with supporting document: Boarding Pass Photocopy, Hotel Bill Original, Airport Charges/Tax, if any, other actual incurred, Internal Order and Cost Centre, any applicable Taxes, totals.

Compensation Details 
Salary:  3.00 inr
