Deputy Director
The Bombay Textile Research Association (BTRA), a leading Textile Research and Consultancy organisation is looking for a suitable candidate for the post of Deputy Director. This post is next to the Director who is the Chief Executive of the organisation. The candidate should ideally be a Ph.D in Textile Technology or allied fields with minimum 18 years' experience in Research, Consultancy Training and Testing. It is essential that the candidate has excellent Administrative skills including exposure to financial aspects. The job profile will be to assist the Director in all day-to-day operations of BTRA and also lead a team of professionals in their specific area of work. Good managerial quality with motivational skills to get the better of every one is a key requirement. Capabilities for liaison with industry leaders and government officials is essential. The Right candidate could have an opportunity to grow to become the Director in future.
