The National Centre for the Performing Arts, India's Premier Cultural Institution in South Mumbai, is seeking to recruit following staff, interested in promotion of Arts.

Manager-Security
Candidate should be a graduate with qualification in security Management, Should posses good Leadership qualities, verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work on computer. Should be having 10 years (minimum) experience in Security Management in Hotel, Airlines or Service Industry. Key responsibilities include efficient management of all aspects of security of the organisation on 24X7 basis and maintaining a secure environment through ensuring the security and safety of the employees, guests, visitors and property of the organisation.

Implementation of policies, processes, systems as per organisation requirement. Updating various security technology for safety. Providing proper advice and counselling to the senior management on various security policies and practices.

To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department, conduct periodic surprise checks, optimum deployment of Security Personnel, establish smooth working relationship with police/local authorities and liaise with them on all required regulations and activities. Provide guard escorts to WIP's, VIP's, delegates etc. visiting the centre. Preferred age: 40 to 50 yrs.

Qualification: Graduate with qualification in Security Management.

Experience: Should be having 10 years (minimum) experience.
