The South Asia International Center of Excellence for Malaria Research
The South Asia International Center of Excellence of Malaria Research (South Asia ICEMR) is a US National Institutes of Health-supported program through the University of Washington in Seattle, WA, USA to establish clinical and basic science research centers across India. The South Asia ICEMR is studying malaria evolution as it relates to epidemiology, parasite plasticity, pathogenesis, vector biology and human genetics. The Center is recruiting for two fulltime positions based in Goa
Data & Sample Manager (DSM)
The Data & Sample Manager will be responsible for conceptualization, development, implementation, management, and validation of clinical and laboratory data, biological samples and supply chain/inventory systems for mesa research sites under multiple clinical protocols and for numerous basic science projects.
Qualification: M. Tech. with a strong background in statistics.
Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience; experience assessing software and hardware needs at multiple research sites according to short-term and long-term operational projections and independently assembling customized data and sample management systems; experience developing complex models and workflows.
Location: Goa
