Associate General Manager/General Manager - Acid Business

The incumbent will be responsible for Procurement of Rock Phosphate, Marketing of Sulphuric & Phosphoric Acids along with various by-products like Gypsum and Ferro Sand across the globe and also be responsible for achieving business goals of the Phosphoric Acid Plant. The turnover of the business to be handled exceeds $ 200 million per annum and responsibility shall be at the level of Managing P & L Account as an SBU Head. The ideal candidate should be a B.E/ MBA/ CA with 8-12 years of experience in Operation / Marketing / Finance function. The candidates having experience in Fertilizer/Bulk Chemical Industry will be given preference.

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and in-depth knowledge about the business will be the key factors for selection. The ideal candidate should have sharp entrepreneurial acumen with a flair for leadership. The candidate having worked in continuous process industries such as cement/chemical/steel/large process industries is preferred.
